Wowsa, I am really late on posting tonight. My day just got away from me! I did make it to Jazzercise and I promised my daughter last week that I would meet her at school for lunch every day this week, and I made it there too 🙂 She had her Field Trip last week and she was just in tears that I didn’t sign up to a be a chaperone, so to make up for it, I promised her a lunch date every day this week 🙂
Jazzercise class this morning was great – it was the regularly scheduled class and my instructor Annalisa worked us hard today! I am definitely looking forward to being sore tomorrow. Since I have been gone for 4 weeks, I went back to the 5lb weights, but I think I can move back up to 6 lbs here real soon.
Want to learn more about Jazzercise? You can find a location/class near you here. Or feel free to ask me or my mom (Marlene) about it!
I did get my 48 oz of water in today and I have officially changed up some of my snacks! If you know me, you know I am a snacker. I wake up early and my husband comes home late, so a mid-morning snack and a mid-afternoon snack are almost necessary for me to make it to lunch/dinner without starving 🙂
My mom told me about a few of her favorite things…Skinny Pop Popcorn and Apple Slices. Not like I haven’t heard of Apple Slices before, but my mommy brain kicks in and I think of the slices as a good snack for the kids. So, I headed to Sam’s and I got two big ole bags of Skinny Pop Popcorn and a huge container of sliced apples. My mom likes the single bags of the popcorn, but I didn’t see those at my store, so I just got the big bags. One cup only has 39 calories! There is my salty fix…and GUILT FREE 🙂 The apples are working for my sweet-need for now and that makes me happy 🙂
My printer has been down for WEEKS and it is now just back up, so I plan on printing out the Weight Watchers Power Foods List and trying to work more of those into my diet.

I have told you guys that I have worked out 4-5 days a week for years now and my weight hasn’t changed, so I am now going to try switching up my diet some. I won’t do huge changes, I want to make sure that they are changes that I can stick with and feel good about.
So, that is my step today on my Healthy Life Journey…slowly switching up my eating habits.
