Good evening and HAPPY FRIDAY everyone! I hope you have gad a great week and are looking forward to a beautiful weekend. I had the opportunity to hit my Jazzercise class today and then came home for a quick shower for a fun afternoon with my friend Tammy. We went to the mall and I found some great deals at Charming Charlie and found a beautiful dress for my brother-in-law’s wedding! I totally wasn’t expecting to find a dress today and I love it!
Isn’t that how it always happens though…you aren’t looking for anything and you manage to find everything 🙂
So, do you guys use Coconut Oil? I read Jen’s Smoothie Recipe the other day that had it in it and then I had another friend tell me that I was CRAZY for not using it yet. I will be honest, I am not about the research – I am totally willing to try something that two of my best friends tell me to use. So, I jumped in and bought 2 jars of Coconut Oil! I just got it today and I will be using it to cook up my Mahi-Mahi tacos this evening.
So, I ask you – do you use Coconut Oil? Why or why not?
