I wanted to share with you guys how I stay on track with snacking. I find I do much better when I get the individual servings as shown in the picture than with the bigger bags.
I get the Skinny Pop Popcorn, Apple slices, and I will have a WW cheese stick. Not only do they help me with portion control but are also readily available whenever I am “scanning” the refrigerator for a quick snack.
Individual servings keep you on track and keep you from having “just a little bit more”! Now the individual servings are more costly and if you find that doesn’t fit in your budget make your own individual servings by dividing up your portions into ziplock bags. I am also a big fan of bags of salad that I can just serve, my favorite is the Kale Salad from Costco!
