Have you noticed all the beautiful vegetables that at the Farmer’s Markets and Grocery stores now? Looking for an easy idea to make them a delicious side dish? Check out those Roasted Cauliflower and Zucchini! I know it sounds easy once you say it – but I am honestly say that I have never roasted Cauliflower! My buddy Bev sent me this one too and they just look beautiful…delicious…and IT’S EASY! I am all about easy and healthy in the kitchen 🙂
- Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil Spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lightly spray the veggies
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Bake at 400 degrees for approx 8 mins
