Why I Love Jazzercize + Mt. Clemens , MI Specials

Happy Monday!  I am very happy to say that I finished up last week strong making it to my Jazzercise classes! I was able to get in 4 classes and am actually starting to feel some muscle building, how fun is that!  I am looking forward to getting some new summer clothes since I have dropped a couple of sizes.

I have finally hit the right combination Weight Watcher Simply Filling program and a great leader, which is teaching me healthy choices. Combined with Jazzercise which is helping burn off those calories, instructors that are keeping me motivated and a large selection of classes that I can fit into my busy schedule at the moment.

Which means there are no more excuses to skip a workout, which leads to success.  I saw, find what works for you and make it happen.  Believe me I have had years of experience of yo-yo dieting, but I keep trying I don’t give up I can’t even imagine how much I have lost and gained over my years BUT this time I am making a LIFE CHANGE not going on another diet.  The Weight Watcher Simply Filling program is teaching me how to live my life healthy, and exercise is keeping me on that path.

Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome so come join us today! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED – just a desire to have fun while you workout!
