Hi everyone, sorry I work at a school and the last few weeks of the school year are crazy, so I have been out of touch!
I have to admit that I drifted off my program a bit and am getting myself back on track. That my friends is the key! My usual routine is too kinda give up in the summer because of every excuse you can think of…vacation, too busy, etc. But this year my goal is to not lose track of my healthy journey, I need to get 5lbs off to reach my new goal.
I know I can make that happen, I have gotten myself back into my exercise routine and Iam committed to Jazzercise to keep myself going through the summer. Don’t let the summer go without working to your healthy goals….if you do you can easily backslide all the hard work you have put in, and as I have so many times before need to start over in the fall!
So hang in there we can do this together!!!
