Good evening and Happy Friday! I hope you all have had a great week. I am so excited to be here sharing my Healthier Journey with you. Like I mentioned yesterday – the response and comments from you all have been so heart-warming 🙂
I had another crazy busy day today, but I was determined to get my exercise in. I ran and power-walked! My legs were sore from my outstanding Jazzercise class yesterday, but it felt good to get out and stretch them. I won’t lie that say that the run was and that I wasn’t thrilled when I got close to home, but I did it and I felt better after I did.
What app do you use when you run? I would love your feedback. I have RunKeeper…I have heard positive things about MyFitnessPal and MyDiaryDiet.
All my meals were on the run today…A Fiber One bar for breakfast, a VEGA Sport bar for lunch, a Garden Lites Muffin for a snack and I made some amazing Crab Cake boats for dinner.
After my run I did a crazy fast shower and went and got my hair done….I LOVE getting my hair done…nothing like having someone else spoil you for 2 hours!
Now, I am finishing up laundry, enjoying my glass of wine and waiting for my husband to get home, and getting the kiddos ready for bed. Wait! I don’t think I ever gave them dinner! YIKES – they have been playing with friends since they got home from school and I just now realized that they never took a break for food…
That being said, good night and have a wonderful weekend, I better go feed my kiddos!
