Good evening everyone! I hope you all have had a fabulous day! I started my day off bright and early and headed down to Studio 10 here in Tampa Bay where I got to do a brief cooking segment 🙂

Of course I ate my Vega Meal One Bar on the drive down and I managed to get chocolate on my pants, but I don’t think you can see it at all on the segment…thank goodness!
I got home and had to do some work, and it was HOT here this afternoon so a run just wasn’t an option. But, I did jump on the elliptical that is tucked away in my closet and got in 30 minutes of cardio before I needed to shower and pick up the kids and head to the dentist.
My poor Sadie had a tooth pulled when she was just 3 years old and she has a spacer, the spacer broke last week so we had to go and get it replaced.
By the time we got home it was dinner time and we had…The Pork Cups that I prepped this morning on TV 😉 They are delicious and super easy. Now, if they had low-fat biscuits I would say that they are a bit better for you…
I did get in my water today…probably closer to the 48oz than the 64oz, but I did get in a decent amount. I did get in 30 minutes of cardio and I am looking forward to Jazzercise tomorrow morning! OH, and I am happy to say that my snack that I grabbed when I was starving at 4pm because I never ate lunch was my Skinny Pop Popcorn and a cheese stick. So, I am happy to say that I was indeed happy with my snack choice today 🙂
